WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN FOR EDESIDERIO?

Each piece is crafted only after you place your order. This made-to-order, zero-waste approach eliminates overproduction and keeps inventory minimal. We prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring your wardrobe grows with thoughtful, timeless pieces.

How do I find the right size?

Sizing may vary depending on the design and collection. For eDesiderio pieces, please check the “Fit & Size” section for each item, where you will find detailed sizing information.

Refer to the size chart and select the size that matches your measurements. We strongly recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips to ensure you order the correct size.

Can I make alterations to a style before or after ordering?

No alterations can be made to a dress, either before or after purchase, if it is ordered online.

Can made-to-order or customized products be returned?

No, made-to-order or customized products cannot be returned. Each piece is unique and created specifically for you.

How is my order confirmed and processed?

You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address once the order has been placed successfully. 

Only, and only after our customer service team has confirmed your selection of product, respective pricing and applicable shipping conditions, is your order considered CONFIRMED.

We process and ship orders Mondays through Fridays, during business hours (10AM to 6PM, GMT +2). International orders placed after 1:00 PM (GMT+2H) will be processed starting the following day. All orders will be processed and shipped in 1-14 business days, depending on the items selected, adding another 1-2 business days for European deliveries or 3-7 business days for worldwide deliveries.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. International orders are subject to customs clearance, which may cause delays beyond provided delivery estimates.

Why was my order canceled?

We reserve the right to cancel an order placed by a customer with whom we have a dispute concerning a prior order or if we have reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated our TERMS AND CONDITIONS, or is engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate cause. 

What do I do if I am interested in a product that is sold out?

If you are interested in a product that is currently sold out, please find the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button on the product page and add your e-mail address to the Waitlist. Once the product is back in stock, we will contact you via e-mail.

 Why do my products look different than those on the website?

While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the products in the photographs displayed on the website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to two factors – all our products are handmade (fabrics, sewing, finishes, boxing); there may also be technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently deliver to all countries within the EU.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES?

For orders outside the EU, additional customs or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult our Shipping Policy for more information or contact us.

CAN I MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed. However, you may choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point, depending on your location. Please contact us if you wish to do so.


eDesiderio Limited Edition

What does “Limited Edition” mean?

“Limited Edition” means that each dress is made exclusively to order, using high-quality fabrics available in limited quantities. Once created, the dresses are not reproduced, ensuring the uniqueness of each design.

Where do the fabrics come from?

All fabrics are imported directly from Italian fashion houses, ensuring rare materials and premium quality.

Can I choose the fabric for my dress?

Yes! You can select from the limited stock of high-quality fabrics available, ensuring your piece is made with the material you love most.

How does the price vary?

Prices depend on the fabric choice and design complexity, reflecting the premium quality and craftsmanship of each piece.

How limited are these pieces?

Each design is exclusive and produced only once per fabric choice, making every piece a true limited edition.

Can I return customized products from the Limited Edition collection?

No. Made-to-order and customized products are unique and created exclusively for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.


eDesiderio Ready-to-wear

What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear and Limited Edition?

Limited Edition pieces are made-to-order using fabrics from Italian fashion houses with limited stock, each piece being unique and never repeated. Ready-to-Wear is produced in larger series, available immediately in standard sizes, and the same model can be remade if requested.

Can Ready-to-Wear models be remade?

Yes, Ready-to-Wear models can be remade on request in the same standard sizes, keeping the original design intact.

Are Ready-to-Wear models unique?

Ready-to-Wear models are not unique—they are part of a larger series. However, each piece maintains the detail and quality standards of eDesiderio.

Can I choose a different color for a Ready-to-Wear item?

Ready-to-Wear pieces are generally available in the colors shown on the website. For special color requests, please contact us to check availability.
